Strategic Planning Department aims at directing the resources of the University towards achieving the priority goals along with continuous development of the implementation stages.

     It also includes raising the awareness, educating and training of the employees and all related to the University plan and helping in its application and monitoring.

     The Department will also coordinate with the systems and policies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the higher plans of the different of the different state sectors.

     The Department helps as well the different sectors of the University in setting its own strategic plans and coordinates between these plans and the University other plans. This leads to raising the effectiveness of the University and its different sectors to reach total integrity and to achieve its anticipated success.
